Elliott Merrill Community Management has been in the business of managing Condominium and Homeowner Associations throughout Indian River and St. Lucie Counties since 1982 and maintains a fully staffed office in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida directly off of State Rd 60. With many years of service to the finest Condominium and Homeowner Associations in Indian River and St. Lucie counties, you can rest assured that we have the necessary experience and resources to efficiently and effectively manage your community. The management of an association takes a team of diverse and knowledgeable professionals, and Elliott Merrill Management has in its employment a large team of professionals working daily to handle the management of all aspects of a community’s day-to-day business. We assign a team of professionals to each Association that we manage, which includes but is not limited to: a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), an Administrative Assistant, a Payables Agent, as well as a Receivables Agent. All of our managers are Florida licensed Community Association Managers (CAMs), and several have also achieved either an AMS or CMCA designation. Some of our staff are located onsite and others are working diligently behind the scenes from our local Vero Beach office.
We, here at Elliott Merrill Management, are committed to advanced training and higher learning, in order that we may fulfill our mission and provide your community with the most knowledgeable management available. We offer annual Board Training sessions and sponsor C.H.A.I.R. seminars to educate our local community association Boards and members. Our company also utilizes a top-of-the-line community management software program that ensures accountability and provides seamless, comprehensive reporting. We are able to offer our Associations individualized community web pages unique to them with software integration capabilities.
