Gives a Hoot about our team members!  

We are pleased to announce the return of our "Owl Bucks" incentive program. Owl Bucks is a unique reward program in that it awards Elliott Merrill team members redeemable coupons for doing a good job or going above the routine.

Here's how you can participate in the Owl Bucks program and recognize the staff at your community:

Ø If you witness a Elliott Merrill staff member doing something great or beyond the normal duties of his/her job, please fill out the  short "I give a Hoot" form below that will be sent to our Vice President, Karen Merrill.

Ø You will be contacted to verify your submission and clarify any details. 

Ø The Community Manager will be notified that one of the community team members was caught in the act of doing good. The manager will present the team member with an "Owl Buck" and inform the person what they did to earn it.

Ø  The team member may accumulate "Owl Bucks" and redeem them for gift certificates, prizes or other valuable rewards.
