Maintenance Job Description

No Open Positions At This Time

GENERAL:   The  central  task of the  maintenance  person  is  to maintain  the common elements of the  property  at  high Elliott Merrill standards  of  quality and within an  amount  of  time considered reasonable by the manager of the property. Certification in pool operation, elevator and AC repair are considered pluses. 

ACCOUNTABILITY:   The  maintenance person is accountable to the community manager and will accept work assignments only from  that manager or manager's representative.

HOURS:   40  hours per week.  Specific hours  are  determined  by property needs, but the normal work week is Monday - Friday, 8 AM -  4:30  PM,  with  1/2 hour lunch  and  15  minute  morning  and afternoon  breaks.  

Currently we have no positions open for experienced professional maintenance people. If you're  a team player with a "can do" attitude who has at least 2 years building maintenance experience we would like to speak with you.
