We wish to thank Elliott Merrill for their cooperation to see
the needs of The Shores are being met in
a fiscally sound and timely manner. Bill Spilman, our Community
Manager, and Aven Puderer, his
assistant, have been doing a great job for us. And a special
thanks goes to Harold Duprey, who we
see in his golf cart every Tuesday and Thursday. He is
responsive to our requirements. He is ever
ready to fix, paint, adjust or move things -all of the daily
jobs we haw here at The Shores.
As an owner at Pelican Pointe of Sebastian I, I just wanted
you to know how much we all appreciate the work you are
doing for us in regards to our elevator.
This is a complicated problem and with your excellent
help, I'm sure we will get the problems solved with a
minimum cost.
