The process of choosing a management company is
simple and straight forward. Identify and qualify management companies
capable of managing your property by asking other similar associations
who manages them. Select the best two or three companies. Conduct
interviews. Ask for and check references. Visit each of the finalist’s
offices and interview the prospective manager. Select the best company
for your association. It pays to make the right selection the first
time.
