Given  the  legal  and operational  complexities of managing a community association, it is difficult for one or two individuals to  be  proficient  in  all the  tasks required  to manage a community.   That is  why we have put together  a team of experienced professionals to manage your association.

Over the past twenty-four years, we have made tremendous efforts to expand and improve services for our clients.  We have done this by  building  management teams and by adding the best support equipment available. In just the past several years:

Ø Achieved a national designation of AAMC (Accredited Association Management Company) from the national organization of CAI.  This designation is in recognition of continuous professional experience, superior accounting methods, advanced staff qualifications and continuing education.

        One of only eight AAMC designated companies in all of Florida.

Ø  Our president and vice president have achieved the highest designations for leadership and experience in the community association field, the PCAM designation. They are the only PCAM designated community managers in a four county area.

Ø  Three of our managers have achieved the AMS designation, Association Management Specialists, which  requires a minimum of 2 years experience and completion of advanced professional training.  

Ø  Three other managers have received the CMCA designation (Certified Manager of Community Associations). This designation requires additional education well beyond the states licensing requirements.

Ø   The  only community management company on the Treasure Coast to have obtained State licensing for pool and spa maintenance and licensing to maintain landscape irrigation systems.

Ø   Added more office staff to expand the accounting and secretarial services we offer our clients.

Ø  Equipped  all  our  managers  and  service  vehicles  with cellular  telephones for faster response  to client needs.

Ø  Upgraded computers and software programs in accounting and word processing to improve our efficiency.

Ø  Managers and office staff completed over 1325 training hours in licensing and upgrading professional skills.

Ø Maintenance staff are have been trained as CPO’s, Nationally Certified Pool & Spa Operators.
