Bob
Whitehead,
CMCA,
AMS: Bob
has been with our company since 1994.
He graduated from Maryville College in Tennessee with a
Bachelor in Business Administration. Bob has been in the real estate
management field since his graduation in 1986.
He has attained the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from the Community
Associations Institute in June 2007. He has two sons and enjoys spending
time with his wife and also his parents who reside in Lake Mary Florida.
Gene Ross,
AMS:
Gene has been with the company since 1991.
He has
taken several Business Administration college courses and has
attained the AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation.
Gene previously worked for The Moorings Development Company as well
as various developers in Resort Management in New Hampshire. Gene has one
son and enjoys spending time being a devoted dad.
Bob
Begley,
CMCA, AMS: Bob is
originally from northern
New York
. He has managed re sort, residential and commercial properties for the
past 25 years. He has worked as a
on-site property manager for a 480 unit community in
Louisville
,
KY.
Bob and his wife Janet have two grown children. Bob is a huge football fan
and also enjoys golf, travel and history. Bob spends his spare time
volunteering with the Boy Scouts and Pop Warner football. He
received the national Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation in October, 2006
and recently was awarded the designation of Association Management
Specialist (AMS).
Niel Jensen,
CAM:
Niel comes to us after serving 42 years in
the hospitality industry most recently as general manager of the
Holiday Inn & Suites. A Florida resident for 31 years, he hails from
New York City. Niel and his wife Regina have four grown children who
all live close by so free time is spent with their 3 grandchildren.
Richard (Rick) Kimes,
CAM:
Rick is a graduate of the University of Tampa
where he
earned a degree in Business Administration. Rick has
managed a 500-unit community as an on-site manager. Prior to
becoming a community manager Rick worked in the Citrus Industry in
International Trade. He has experience in managing people,
facilities and sales. Rick has three grown daughters and one
son. Rick is very
involved with his church, being an ordained clergy.
Darren Mingear:
Darren graduated from
Ball State University in 1991 with a BS in Education. Upon
graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States
Army. Over a nine year career, Darren attained the rank of Captain
and became a commander of an Attack Helicopter Company in the 10th
Mountain Division. For the eight years prior to Elliott Merrill., he
was a pharmaceutical sales rep and manager of a construction
company. Darren is also a Deacon at Vero Christian. He and his wife
Jill have two boys, Jacob and Sam. When he's not working, Darren
enjoys coaching lacrosse, building for Habitat for Humanity,
watching racing, and riding his Harley-Davidson.
Bob
Dees, CAM: Bob is
the on-site manager for Grove
Isle. He has been with the company since 1997. Bob was born in Cleveland,
Ohio and graduated with a B.A. from Barry University. Bob spent 20
years as a Florida State Trooper and as a Director of Transportation
with a Florida School District.
Richard
(Dick) Field,
CMCA:
Dick is the onsite manager at
Harbour Isle at Hutchinson Island West. He
has
worked for Elliott Merrill since 2001.
He is a Florida licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). Dick hails from New
England and graduated from Atlantic Union College in Lancaster, MA
with a B.S. in Art Education. He received his Master’s Degree in
Educational Leadership (Administration) from Florida Atlantic
University in Boca Raton, Florida. Dick taught for many years before
becoming a grant writer and program administrator for the St. Lucie
County School District. Dick has two grown children. Both reside in
St Lucie County. He resides with his wife Anna in south Fort Pierce
and enjoys restoring antique cars, building hot rods, photography
and target shooting. He is also a huge NASCAR fan.
Mike Banyas,
CMCA:
Mike became a member of the
Elliott
Merrill team in June, 2007 as the community manager at Vista
Gardens. Originally from Baltimore, MD he spent 30 years as a
fire/paramedic in Miami Dade County. Upon retiring from his first
career, Mike attended Florida Atlantic University where he received
his BAA and became involved in association management. Mike has
managed several communities in the Ft. Lauderdale area until
relocating to the Treasure Coast. He and his wife Donna enjoy golf, travel, dining
and spending time with their two granddaughters. |
