| Craig Merrill:
Mr. Merrill has been president of
Elliott Merrill for the past 18 years. He is a graduate
of The University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in the
HRTA Program (Hotel Restaurant and Travel Administration). Prior to
joining Elliott Merrill, Craig was the Director of Restaurants with The
Fountain Bleau Hilton in Miami. He has obtained the highest
designation in the community management field, PCAM (Professional
Community Association Manager). Craig enjoys his two children, boating, fishing and
golf.
Karen Merrill:
Mrs. Merrill
has been an owner of the company since 1982.
She is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts with a
Bachelors Degree in Science from the HRTA (Hotel, Restaurant and
Travel Administration) program.
She was recruited in The Hyatt Hotel Management Training
Program from college.
Her last position with Hyatt Hotels was that of Director of
Personnel at The Hyatt Regency Miami.
She has attained the highest designation from the Community
Associations Institute (CAI) of PCAM.
She is the current Board President of CHAIR (Condominium and
Homeowners Association of Indian River), a volunteer for the Guardian Ad Litem
program (appointed to represent the best interest of children in Court
in abuse or neglect cases) and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity by
consulting with them on their Habitat
Homeowners
Association in Indian River County. She also serves as Treasurer on
the Board to Habitat's Grace Pines Homeowners Association and is the
Division
Co-Chair for the United Way Fundraising Campaign. Karen is
also a licensed real estate broker. She enjoys her two children, cooking and
boating.

Julie
Barrett: Julie is a former licensed community
manager and has been with the
team since 1995. Julie
uses her experience to oversee all the administrative assistants on
our team as the office manager. She is also the assistant to Craig and Karen Merrill. Julie enjoys
working with people and places a high emphasis on internal
organization.
She enjoys football and baseball and is an avid
Atlanta Braves fan.
Joe Bevack
Mr. Bevack is the controller for Elliott Merrill and
graduated with a
BBA from Cleveland
State University and entered public
accounting. He spent several
years in a private college system as dean and then college director.
Joe became a CPA in
1997 and has
been with Elliott Merrill for
six years.
Nancy Olson

Mrs. Olson is the human resource manager for
Elliott Merrill. She has been a part of our team since 1993. She
obtained her community association manager license in October of 1993.
Nancy was born and raised in Massapequa, New York and has lived in Vero
Beach since 1991 where she is happily married with three sons.
