Dana Murphy: "The Voice of Elliott Merrill", Dana is our receptionist/switchboard operator or Director of First Impressions! Part of what sets us apart from other management companies is your ability to reach a live person who is helpful and knowledgeable. Dana fits that bill perfectly! She is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with the kids.

Wendy Cowan:  Wendy relocated to Vero Beach in 1994 from South Jersey.  Wendy is the assistant to Niel Jensen. She was an Administrative Assistant to the GM of the Los Angeles Dodgers Spring Training Facility in Vero Beach for 11 years before joining the Elliott Merrill team.  She and her husband enjoy spending their spare time with their son Brock.

Peggy Covington:  Penny is the assistant to Dick Field at Harbour Isle West.  Penny is looking forward to her new challenge and to meeting all the residents at Harbour Isle.

Eloise Elliott: Eloise was the first employee of the company and managed the first property in 1982. Eloise enjoys working with the other employees and assists when the busy season arrives. Eloise, along with Richard Elliott, laid the foundation for the company. When Eloise is not working she enjoys dancing, camping and hiking.

Cheryl Grandy:  Cheryl is a native of Florida having been born and raised in the Palm Beach area.  She graduated Palm Beach Community College with an AA degree, majoring in Business & Accounting.  She has spent her career, to date, in a family business operation.  She now works with both the community and commercial operations, directly assisting the Vice President. She and her husband Kevin have three grown boys and are enjoying “empty nesting”.

Candace Hayes: Candy is the assistant to Bob Begley. She relocated to Vero Beach from Maitland, Florida in 2004. While living in the Orlando area, Candy was a legal assistant for over 20 years. She and her husband, Toby have 2 sons, Logan & Hunter. The entire family is very active in the sport of surfing.

Aven Puderer: Aven is the assistant to Darren Mingear. A native Floridian, Aven was raised in Daytona Beach.  She has enjoyed calling Vero Beach home for the last 21 years.  A former Realtor, she enjoys working with people and her skills as a customer service specialist are sure to be an asset to our team.  She and her husband David, have three grown children.  In their free time as "empty nesters" they enjoy flying, fishing, the outdoors, and family.   

Stephanie McCorkle: Stephanie is our gal Friday who also works as our late afternoon receptionist. Stephanie is continuing her education at IRCC. When not working or studying, she enjoys camping, riding ATV's and just being outdoors.

Kathy McKeon: Kathy is the assistant to Mike Banyas at Vista Gardens.  She relocated to Vero Beach and joined our team in January 2006 after returning from a “sailing sabbatical”. Kathy has been at Vista Gardens since joining Elliott Merrill and loves working with the residents.

Shawn Nehler: Shawn is the assistant to Bob Whitehead and comes to us from the financial industry with a strong customer service background. Shawn is originally from Washington State.  Her family has lived in Vero Beach for over six years. She earned her BS in Business Administration from Oregon State.  “Go Beavers!” 

Shawn and her husband, Dan have three sons.  Their oldest son is currently serving in the US Air Force.  Shawn keeps busy with family activities, such as traveling and being involved in her son’s academic and sporting events.

Jacqueline Sealey: Jacqui is the assistant to Gene Ross and joined our team in June 2006. A former airline flight attendant for 14 years and prior to joining our team, Jacqui was a legal assistant. Jacqui speaks three languages and has a degree in business. She was very active with the Red Cross during the 9/11 tragedy while living in NY. She is an avid traveler and animal lover. Jacqui has been published on the topic of animal abuse. She also brings a wealth of customer service and administrative skills to our office.

Lauri Stevens: Lauri is the assistant to Rick Kimes. Lauri has returned to Elliott Merrill to lend her excellent customer service and organizational skills to Rick's accounts. She has previously worked with us as the assistant to Craig Merrill.
