If you witness an Elliott Merrill staff member doing something great or beyond the normal duties of his/her job, please fill out the form below that will be sent to our Vice President, Karen Merrill.
The Community Manager will be notified that one of the community team members was caught in the act of doing good. The manager will present the team member with a performance points and inform the person what they did to earn it.
The team member may accumulate performace points and redeem them for gift certificates, prizes or other valuable rewards on a quarterly basis. |
