Facility Management

Management Plan

Detailed operating budget and management plan for the property. When approved or modified by the owners, serves as the long range model for the budgeting and maintenance of property.

Management Personnel

A management transition, with our President as coordinator, will immediately begin to formulate the management plan. Working on your behalf, we are confident that our team can competently handle any management situation.

On-Site Management

An experienced manager will be chosen from our team to supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. The manager will visit the site regularly, or if desired, one will be assigned on-site full-time.

Accounting

Elliott Merrill Commercial Management follows generally accepted professional accounting procedures. We have an in-house CPA that is an asset to all of the properties we manage.
